I usually go to account and profile design.
BUT NOW ! they totally changed youtube.
About 2 days ago which would be Oct.25,2008.

It's either %26quot;Personal Profile%26quot; or %26quot;Channel Design%26quot;:
1 -- click on %26quot;ACCOUNT 鈻?quot;, ignoring the blue drop-down menu
(you'll get a new page with black titles and many blue subtitles)
2 -- look for %26quot;MY CHANNEL%26quot;, the 3rd black title on the left side
(you'll see 5 different blue subtitles including %26quot;Personal Profile%26quot;)
3 -- click on %26quot;PERSONAL PROFILE%26quot;
(you'll see a new page with a whole bunch of %26quot;field%26quot; rectangles)
4 -- edit what you want to change
5 -- click on %26quot;UPDATE CHANNEL%26quot;
(it is on the gray stripe just above)
