Why does Youtube account change from old layout to Beta and then back to old?

I made my youtube account 2 years ago and it had the old layout. Then it changed to BETA when all the accounts was forced to changed, but right now it just changed to the old layout when I was just editing my channel. So now I'm stuck in the old channel and can't switch to BETA, how do I fix it?Why does Youtube account change from old layout to Beta and then back to old?Don't fix it. Keep it like that.
