If you have other applications which are running at
the same time, those will slow down YouTube too.

For some reason, simply closing them didn't work.

off your anti-virus -- but only momentarily. As long

off your anti-virus -- but only momentarily. As long

The second option should work for you in Safari if its the same problem. There may be a way to block content in Safari for option 3 but I do not know how. If I have time I will look it up and edit this comment but until then you may want to do a search.

By 'doing it all again' do you mean just setting up an account? because that just takes 5 minutes. If you ment that you uploaded videos to that channel and you don't want to make all the videos again then you can download some of your videos onto your hard drive to upload them to your new channel. (Go to 'my videos' and some of your videos may have the option to download them.)
Tell your subscribers your changing to a new account if you have any.

The only difference on firefox is it shows safety mode right beside the search bar. (It's Dec. 14) The search bar at the top used to have a little drop-down thing to select channels, videos, or community. Now up at the top to the left of the search bar there are four buttons, Home Videos, Channels, and Community. And the area around the logo is sort of a light blue. Anyone else notice this? How do you view a YouTube video from another country?
I am from the States. There is a music video on YouTube by a UK band, %26quot;Westlife%26quot;. The song is called %26quot;Us Against The World%26quot;. When I try to view it, I get a message that reads: %26quot;This video is not available in your country%26quot;.
Would someone please share with me any clever tricks to bypass this restriction? Early this year I downloaded the fabulous application called Youtube downloader. It's been working with no problems whatsover...until today when I first booted my computer. All of a sudden it says no flash video found, when in fact yesterday I was able to download fine.
Any reason why? Only 2 factors I can think of are: Youtube changing their design layout (which is crappy I should their add), and me accidentally skipping out on an adobe flash update on my computer.

Any reason why? Only 2 factors I can think of are: Youtube changing their design layout (which is crappy I should their add), and me accidentally skipping out on an adobe flash update on my computer.

How Do I Turn YouTube's Widescreen Off!?
Ugh I hate youtube's widescreen. I joined youtube back in 2006, left 2007 and came back recently. WTF is up with the huge black borders on my videos? It makes them look so weird. I really don't like it...it just looks..fat and weird. Now I lack the ability to make videos 16:9, since the recorder I use for recording my games and my video handling method do not support the 16:9 format, only normal 4:3. At first I thought you could just go into account settings and change it but for all I know I can't. A lot of people have this problem and my friends hate it. I mean couldn't youtube of just made it so the video is cropped to it's original aspect ratio so you don't get those stupid looking big black borders on your videos? I mean so it doesn't HAVE to be in widescreen not to look weird. What do you think about new YOUTUBE Features?
I have noticed that Youtube has changed its web features a little bit. Now you can't rate 1-5, instead you have to LIKE or DISLIKE it. Description is under the video. You can see how many videos the Channel has uploaded and etc etc. Its quite nice to see everything on place. I quite like that. Today I entered youtube and it has changed... It's no longer 5 star rating but with thumbs up or down and the comments look weird like they haven't loaded to full (lol). So any idea how can I change to the old youtube? Why is my youtube changed?I agree it looks awful. Yet another example of google ******* with YouTube for no reason instead of actually improving what needs to improve. For example, the comments system was ****** since they updated it with the thumbs up (replies often don't appear in the right place in the comments page), yet instead of fixing that small thing along with the flagging system as the problems cropped up, they've waited two years and redesigned the whole site. And no matter how much people hate it I'm betting they won't change it back. They've removed the %26quot;broadcast yourself%26quot; again too. Because that's not what it's about anymore I guess, it's about huge corporations making money.Why is my youtube changed?Well, I believed they change youtube because of maintenance and improvement pretty much. It does look different and feel different, but I am getting use to it. ** A Few weeks ago, she came over and assaulted me in front of two/possibly three witnesses. I didnt press charges and i went to the police station and they said i shouldnt press charges, that a restraining order would be the best way to solve things.

1) About a year ago I disabled my favorites list from appearing on my public channel. Now, I want to show my favorites list but since all the format and everything has changed over the year, I dont know how.
2) How do I change the main video that is on my public channel? I mean the one that is always there, I remember that I put the url into a bar and set it as my main video, but now youtube changed.
