How to change youtube video thumbnail?

I submitted my video to youtube, but there's no icon picture for it. I know you go to edit video and then there's the video thumbnail section, but there aren't any pictures in that section. I've tried dragging and dropping an image but that doesn't work either.



Any help would be appreciated.
