What ever happened to the "Youtube Change"?

on 4/16 wasn't youtube supposed to change? well i haven't noticed the changes, i heard it was supposed to look like Hulu, but it looks like the regular youtube. when is it supposed to happen?!?!?What ever happened to the %26quot;Youtube Change%26quot;?give it more time, they probably got delayed.What ever happened to the %26quot;Youtube Change%26quot;?It wasn't supposed to be LOOK like hulu, but have shows like hulu. There is now a shows tab on the top. If you do not live in the U.S.A. you probably will not see it.
