Ive been on youtube trying to upload a video with the thumbnail of the picture that i want. I put the clip of that picture that i want to be displayed as the thumbnail but it always changes the picture to something else. The video is 6:37 long and i put the clip in at 3:18 but it chooses a different pic. How do i fix this because i see that other people are able to do it but not me!!!How do I change youtube thumbnail?Times have changed. YouTube now chooses
