I uploaded some videos on my YouTube account and want to change the first video that is shown on my channel's homepage.

There is an easy way to fix this. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Go to your channel.
2. Click on %26quot;Videos and Playlist%26quot; which is one of the channel customization tools.
3. Go down to %26quot;Featured Video%26quot; and on the pop-down menu, select the video you want featured.

I think it's the last thumbnail, %26quot;Videos and Playlists%26quot;. Click on it and there should be a drop-down menu where you can choose under %26quot;Featured Video%26quot;.
