Youtube settings changing after deleting cookies?

Everytime I delete my cookies,youtube settings are reseted.When I go to youtube after deleting the cookies,box appears with the next message:Welcome to YouTube!Suggested Language (we have set your preference to this): English (UK).To change your language preference, please use the links in the footer at the bottom of the page.Click %26quot;OK%26quot; to accept this setting, or click %26quot;Cancel%26quot; to view the site in English.Any idea how to get rid off this message?Youtube settings changing after deleting cookies?Don't delete your Youtube cookies. Cookies are info files saved on your PC by %26quot;sites%26quot; to help them keep track or you and you preferences. Once you delete them the site no longer has this info.
