Why isn't the video still on my youtube videos changing after I update it?

This is pissing me off...I click the still I want yet it won't show up. What's the deal?Why isn't the video still on my youtube videos changing after I update it?If it makes you feel any better, it also happens to me. YouTube is moody - Sometimes it works after a few minutes, sometimes it never does.
