Why havs YouTube changed the comments section?

Previously, when you viewed a video on Youtube, the comments section was immediately available at the bottom of the page. But now the comments are not visible. Why have they changed this?Why havs YouTube changed the comments section?It IS still like that unless the person disabled comments on his or her video.. it would say 'comments are disabled' where the comments should be.
