How do you change your youtube e-mail address?

I was creating a youtube account, but the e-mail i chose it for i forgot the password! I remember seeing a page where it said that i can change the e-mail but i forget where it is. Help.How do you change your youtube e-mail address?You can't (i know, it stinks). You would have to make a new account. This happened to me too.
